These terms of use (hereinafter "the Terms") govern the access and use of the Milky mobile application (hereinafter "the App"), published by z0057393 (hereinafter "the Publisher"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Purpose of the App

Milky is a mobile application for tracking breast milk. It allows users to record, track, and manage their breast milk supply according to storage guidelines (room temperature, refrigerator, freezer). The App is intended for personal and informational use only.

2. Access to the App

The App is available for download on the App Store (Apple) and the Google Play Store. Access to the App is free. Some features are funded through the display of advertisements (banners and interstitials).

3. Advertisements and In-App Purchases

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (banners and interstitial ads). These advertisements help fund the development and maintenance of the App.

An in-app purchase is available to remove all advertisements from the App. This purchase is managed by the distribution platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and is subject to their respective terms.

In-app purchases are non-refundable, except as provided by the refund policy of the relevant platform (Apple or Google).

4. Authorized Use

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App in accordance with its intended purpose (personal breast milk tracking)
  • Not attempt to modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the App
  • Not use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
  • Not attempt to bypass the advertising or security mechanisms of the App

5. Data and Local Storage

All tracking data you enter in the App is stored locally on your device. The Publisher does not have access to this data. You are responsible for backing up your data. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The App provides general information about breast milk storage based on common recommendations. It does not constitute medical advice. The Publisher recommends always consulting a healthcare professional for any questions related to breastfeeding or breast milk storage. The Publisher disclaims any liability for decisions made based on information provided by the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the App (design, code, text, images, logo, "MooMoo" mascot) are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Publisher does not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or bugs. In no event shall the Publisher be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including loss of data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of the App at any time, without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the App after changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the user's country of residence. In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution before resorting to the competent courts.
