4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
The processing of data described in this policy is based on the following legal grounds:

- Consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR): display of personalized advertisements via Google AdMob, subject to your agreement via the ATT (App Tracking Transparency) prompt
5. Tracking & Advertising (ATT)
The App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request your consent before any personalized advertising tracking via your IDFA (Advertising Identifier):
- On first launch, an ATT prompt asks whether you allow the App to access your IDFA
- If you accept, Google AdMob may use your IDFA to display personalized advertisements based on your profile
- If you decline, only non-personalized (contextual) advertisements will be shown to you
- You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- We do not engage in cross-app tracking and we never sell your data to third parties
